Frank Pesce

Frank is a 35-year successful veteran with a proven track record as a developer in business administration, development, finance and acquisition within the real estate development industry representing over a half billion dollars in completed projects and transactions both in the commercial and residential sector.

He has held the posts of EVP, President and Managing Partner overseeing residential /commercial development projects for developer’s and land owners. His career experience includes master planned luxury residential communities, large estate residences, mid- and high-rise condos. He has developed and built within the commercial sector which includes shopping centers, outparcels, theaters, malls, class A office buildings and hotels. Some of his clients include Gucci, Kate Spade, Bulgari, Tommy Bahamas, Blaze Pizza, Starbucks, United Artist and Benihana.

Through his advisory he has consulted and supported small to midsize construction and development sponsors, land owners and asset portfolio owners that desire to grow their companies. Advisor and board member he provides equity and debt sources through his private syndication to developers and industry clients. Frank is instrumental in working closely with company founders and their executives in evaluating their present and future growth opportunities and implementing business plans and strategies resulting in greater revenues and returns. Frank has expertise in structuring real estate deals and joint ventures while scaling the company accordingly. He is responsible for developing internal accounting and monitoring systems to further support the additional growth as well as financial tax strategies for partnerships. Frank is a hands-on solution result driven executive delivering greater value to the shareholders while enjoying investor and client relationships that have followed him for over 35 years.
